Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and tkbat ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") with respect to your access to and use of the tkbat website located at tkbat.bio and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing a bet on tkbat, you irrevocably accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. tkbat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use tkbat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. tkbat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, during a withdrawal request, or as part of a periodic KYC review.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age minimum applies to all players regardless of game type, bet size, or promotional status. Minors are strictly prohibited from using tkbat in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register accounts on tkbat.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Supplying false, misleading, or out-of-date information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by tkbat or any other gambling operator that covers this platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register using a new identity or a different mobile number.
• You must hold an active Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number serves as the primary identifier for your account and is required for verification, password recovery, and transaction confirmations.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on tkbat. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent a restriction or unintentionally due to a forgotten existing account — are prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, tkbat will close all but the oldest verified account and may withhold any funds deposited to duplicate accounts pending investigation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes sent to your registered mobile number. tkbat will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify tkbat support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your registered mobile number has been compromised. Prompt notification limits your liability for losses incurred prior to tkbat becoming aware of the breach.
• All personal information provided during registration must remain current. It is your obligation to update your account details promptly if your circumstances change (for example, a change of mobile number or residential address). Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension pending re-verification.
• tkbat may, at its sole discretion, require KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, activating a bonus, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Accepted documents include national identity card, passport, and bank statement or mobile financial service statement matching the registered account details.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your account may only be accessed and operated by you personally. Allowing a third party to access, bet through, or manage your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination.

tkbat uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect account data in transit. However, no system is entirely immune to risk. Users are strongly encouraged to use a unique, strong password and to avoid accessing their accounts from shared, public, or untrusted devices.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on tkbat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account wallet immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. tkbat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary from time to time at tkbat's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no processing fee charged by tkbat on standard deposit transactions; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own service fees independently of tkbat.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 20 minutes on most occasions. tkbat does not guarantee processing times during periods of exceptionally high volume, system maintenance, or external payment processor outages. Any delay beyond 2 hours should be reported to support.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. tkbat will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If a discrepancy is identified between the account holder's name and the name on the receiving payment account, tkbat may withhold the withdrawal pending verification.
• tkbat reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account, particularly where deposit volumes are unusually high. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 calendar days of a request may result in account suspension.
• Chargebacks initiated by a player through their bank or payment provider — in circumstances where the player received the services they paid for — constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities. All disputed transactions must be raised with tkbat support before initiating any chargeback procedure.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tkbat offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out here and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) specified in the promotion terms before any portion becomes withdrawable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using software to exploit promotional mechanics, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified eligible slots. Free spin winnings are treated as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion. Free spins expire at the time specified in the promotion terms; unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash.
• tkbat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion and met the stated conditions at the time of cancellation will be entitled to any winnings earned under those conditions up to the point of cancellation.
• Where a promotional bonus is credited in error — including where the wrong amount is credited or a promotion is applied to an ineligible account — tkbat may correct the error by debiting the incorrectly applied bonus from the account balance.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on tkbat. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotional mechanics, or interact with the platform in any manner that circumvents its normal operating parameters.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or using tkbat for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment betting. Any deposits suspected of originating from illegal sources will be frozen and reported to appropriate authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live table games, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the tkbat platform, its servers, its APIs, or any third-party game provider's software accessible through tkbat.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to register or transact on tkbat, including using a family member's identity without their knowledge and consent.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable via any communication channel provided by tkbat, including live chat, support tickets, or any community feature.

tkbat employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate internal investigation. Players subject to investigation may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold during the investigation period without prior notice. Results of investigations are final and binding.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

tkbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. All registered accounts have access to deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time alerts, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated by contacting support or through account settings. Players who activate a self-exclusion may not circumvent it by creating a new account; doing so is a breach of these Terms.

tkbat strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tkbat content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of tkbat intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if tkbat has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tkbat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkbat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service unavailability. tkbat will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance via on-platform notifications where practicable. No compensation will be offered for losses incurred during maintenance windows unless directly caused by a verified tkbat system error.

Account Termination and Suspension

tkbat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the prohibited activities section, or the account security obligations.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by tkbat, or submission of documentation found to be fraudulent, altered, or belonging to a different person.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that tkbat believes constitutes a violation of applicable law, regardless of whether a formal investigation has been initiated.

Amendments to These Terms

tkbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tkbat will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting player rights or financial terms, tkbat will endeavour to provide at least 7 days advance notice via on-platform notification or registered email before the changes take effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services operating in the jurisdiction where tkbat is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through tkbat's customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Prior to initiating any formal dispute, players must first submit a written complaint to [email protected] and allow tkbat 14 calendar days to respond. tkbat's decision on all operational matters — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status — is final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process described herein.
